Hazard Warning Cones

Saimeite hazard warning cones are made for high-risk areas like potholes, deep pits, and accident sites. The model is 90-2A/B/C/Snow Dot. Standard colors are orange and black. Height is 915mm (36 inches). Weight comes in 4kg and 4.5kg. Base size is 360×360mm. We use good UV-resistant PVC material with a snow dot pattern. This pattern makes the cone more visible in dangerous spots. Our bottom injection molding is a new method in the industry. Old machines inject from the top, so stress stays at the top and causes cracks. We inject from the bottom, fixing that problem. So the Saimeite hazard warning cone is very reliable on uneven ground like potholes.

The 915mm height is big. It gives a long viewing distance at accident sites or pit edges. High-risk areas need a very reliable reflective film. In night, fog, or heavy rain, weak reflection can cause big problems. So we use a high-strength film on this cone. It has a sealed glass bead structure. Its reflection is very stable. It resists weather and impacts better than other films. Even after long outdoor use or hits, the reflection stays strong. The film is put on with a precise method. It gives a strong warning in low light. The base uses wear-resistant rubber compound with a larger contact area. On bumpy roads or gravel, the base stands steady. Saimeite hazard warning cones do not tip easily. This product supports A, B, and C top types. The snow dot style gives extra warning power. It passes extreme tests: 70°C heat and -40°C cold. The fully sealed design works in heavy rain.
