Heavy-Duty Traffic Cone

The Heavy-Duty Traffic Cone is designed for road construction, engineering work zones, vehicle diversion, and temporary traffic control. Model 90-22A/B/C stands 910 mm, or 36 inches, high. Its taller profile helps drivers notice work boundaries and restricted areas from a greater distance.

Two weight options are available: 4 kg and 4.5 kg. The base measures 360 × 360 mm, while A-head, B-head, and C-head configurations are offered for different handling, connection, and site layout needs. This model focuses on ground stability rather than lightweight movement. It is suitable for locations where cones must remain in place for longer periods, where vehicles pass frequently, or where wind and minor contact may affect lighter warning cones.

The heavy rubber composite base provides wind resistance, impact resistance, slip resistance, and wear resistance. Its 360 × 360 mm ground contact area supports the 910 mm cone body and helps reduce unwanted movement caused by airflow from passing vehicles, outdoor wind, or minor collisions.

Buyers may select the 4 kg version when regular repositioning is required or the 4.5 kg option when additional standing weight is preferred. The wear-resistant base is suitable for asphalt roads, concrete surfaces, parking areas, and general engineering sites. It also helps reduce rapid base wear when cones are repeatedly placed, collected, transported, and reused.

The combination of a tall warning profile and a weighted base makes this model suitable for defining traffic lanes, separating work areas, marking closed sections, and maintaining visible boundaries during outdoor operations.

Production can use a fully automatic PVC and PP road cone injection molding machine. Instead of injecting material from the top of the cone, the equipment injects from the bottom. This method helps reduce internal stress concentration near the cone top and lowers the risk of top cracking during handling, impact, or repeated use.

Quality control begins with raw material purchasing and continues through the molding process. Checks cover the injection condition, cone appearance, base connection, finished weight, head configuration, and overall standing condition. Finished products receive a full inspection before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. This process helps buyers confirm that the ordered height, weight option, base structure, and head type are consistent with the approved order.
