28-Inch Traffic Cone

A wider cone body gives the 28-Inch Traffic Cone a more noticeable outline in road and work-zone environments. Model 70-2A/B/C is 730 mm high and weighs 2.8 kg. Its base measures 360 × 360 mm, and A-head, B-head, and C-head options are available for different handling or connection requirements.

The wide-body design is easier to distinguish from narrow cones when viewed against vehicles, construction equipment, barriers, or busy parking areas. It is suitable for road construction, parking management, engineering-site separation, lane adjustment, and temporary traffic control. The 730 mm height provides a visible warning point, while the 2.8 kg weight remains manageable when site layouts need periodic changes.

The cone uses an orange PVC body for daytime visibility. Its wider shape increases the visible surface facing drivers and workers. A heavy rubber composite base provides additional support on asphalt, concrete, parking-floor surfaces, and general work sites.

The 360 × 360 mm base offers a larger contact area than smaller cone models. It helps reduce sliding and unwanted movement while keeping the cone suitable for repeated placement and collection. The 2.8 kg structure balances carrying convenience with better standing stability, making it practical for projects that require regular relocation but cannot rely on very lightweight cones.

High-brightness reflective film improves recognition when illuminated by vehicle headlights. This makes the product useful in nighttime work zones, rainy or foggy conditions, underground parking areas, and other low-visibility locations.

Reflective film can be selected according to project duration and visibility requirements. Temporary projects may prioritize flexible application and cost control. Urban roads and parking facilities may require a balance of brightness, wear resistance, and scratch resistance. Printable film options can also be discussed for warning text, graphics, location numbers, or area identification.

The film is applied to suit the curved cone surface. Attention to the edge and bonding condition helps reduce lifting or peeling during repeated use.

During bulk production, the 28-Inch Traffic Cone is checked for cone color, molding completeness, base flatness, head configuration, and reflective-film alignment. Finished products receive a full inspection before packing, and third-party inspection can be arranged. Photo or video updates may also be supplied so buyers can review the selected configuration and production progress.

The standard MOQ is 500 pieces, with mixed colors or models allowed within one batch. Export packing may use nesting, woven bags, or palletized loading with complete shipping marks. For this wide-body model, correct nesting and pallet support help reduce loose movement and irregular pressure during storage and transportation.
