Rubber Base Traffic Cone

The Rubber Base Traffic Cone is built around a 375 × 375 mm heavy rubber composite base. Model 75-2B/A measures 750 mm in height and weighs 4.5 kg. A-head and B-head options are available for different handling and site-arrangement requirements.

This structure is suitable for locations where grip, standing stability, and base durability are more important than low product weight. It can be placed in road-repair areas, parking facilities, loading zones, municipal construction sites, and temporary control areas where cones remain on the ground for longer periods.

The 750 mm body creates a clear warning height, while the 4.5 kg total weight helps limit unwanted movement. This is useful in areas affected by passing vehicles, repeated pedestrian contact, outdoor airflow, or frequent placement and collection.

The rubber composite base is non-slip, crush-resistant, and wear-resistant. Its broad contact surface helps the cone remain steady on rough asphalt, smooth concrete, and other commonly used work-site surfaces.

Rubber material also provides a degree of cushioning during tire contact, repeated dropping, or routine handling. This can reduce the edge damage and cracking that may occur with rigid base structures. For projects that reuse cones across several work cycles, base durability is a key factor because bottom wear can affect both appearance and standing stability.

The cone body is made from UV-resistant PVC. It combines outdoor weather resistance, flexibility, and impact resistance, helping reduce brittleness and damage during repeated use.

Production can use automatic PVC road cone injection molding equipment with material injected from the bottom of the cone. This helps reduce internal stress near the top and lowers the risk of cracking.

For this model, inspection places particular attention on the rubber base. Checks cover base flatness, deformation that could affect grip, connection between the cone body and base, product weight, surface condition, and selected head type. Raw materials are controlled, production is inspected throughout the process, and every finished product is checked before packing. Third-party inspection is accepted.

The Rubber Base Traffic Cone supports OEM, ODM, and customization based on technical drawings or prototypes. The standard MOQ is 500 pieces, and buyers may mix approved colors or models within one order. For 500 standard pieces, production normally takes about 10–15 days, depending on quantity and final configuration.

The standard payment arrangement is a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. Bulk-order discounts can be discussed according to the order volume.

Packing options include nested cones in bags, woven bags, and palletized packing with complete shipping marks. Palletized loading is particularly useful for this heavier model because it helps keep the order stable during warehouse handling, loading, and transportation.
