Reflective Traffic Cone

The Reflective Traffic Cone is designed for road construction, parking management, accident warning, site separation, and temporary traffic control. Model 75-2B/A has a height of 750 mm, a total weight of 4.5 kg, and a 375 × 375 mm base. A-head and B-head configurations are available for different handling, connection, and site layout requirements.

The 750 mm height provides a clear warning profile without making the cone difficult to move or arrange. It can be used at construction entrances, vehicle lanes, parking areas, road maintenance zones, and large event sites. When several cones are placed in sequence, they help create a visible boundary for vehicles, workers, and pedestrians.

The cone body is made from UV-resistant PVC. This material provides flexibility, impact resistance, and better suitability for repeated outdoor use. It also helps reduce the risk of fading and brittleness caused by long-term sun exposure.

A heavy-duty rubber composite base gives the product a larger contact area with the ground. Its 375 × 375 mm structure helps improve grip, wind resistance, and standing stability. This reduces unwanted movement caused by passing vehicles, pedestrian contact, or outdoor airflow.

Production can use a fully automatic PVC and PP road cone injection molding machine. The cone is injected from the bottom rather than the top. This process helps reduce stress concentration near the top of the cone and lowers the risk of cracking during handling, repeated placement, or long-term circulation.

High-brightness reflective film improves recognition under vehicle headlights. It is suitable for nighttime work, rainy or foggy weather, parking facilities, and other low-visibility environments.

Different reflective film options can be discussed according to the application and required service period. These include lightweight lattice film for temporary warning use, printable grid micro prismatic film for customized text or graphics, high-intensity film for longer outdoor exposure, commercial-grade enhanced film for urban roads and parking areas, and ultra-bright film for wide-angle and long-distance nighttime recognition.

The film is selected and applied with the cone's curved surface in mind. This helps reduce raised edges and peeling. Custom warning text, graphics, area numbers, or other identification details can also be discussed for project-specific orders.

The Reflective Traffic Cone supports OEM and ODM production. Products can also be developed from technical drawings or prototypes. The standard minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, and different colors or models may be combined within one minimum-order batch.

Samples can be provided before mass production. Custom sample development normally takes about 7–10 days, with sample freight paid by the buyer. For an order of 500 standard units, the usual production period is approximately 10–15 days, depending on the final quantity and configuration. Photo or video updates can be supplied during production.

Quality control covers raw material purchasing, in-process inspection, and finished-product inspection. Products receive a full inspection before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. Export packing options include nested cones in bags, woven bags, or palletized packing with complete shipping marks. These options support more efficient storage, container loading, and international delivery.
