Warehouse Safety Cone

The Warehouse Safety Cone is developed for indoor and industrial spaces where warning visibility is required but aisle width must remain available. Model 70-22A/B/C has a height of 710 mm, or approximately 28 inches. It is offered in 2.7 kg and 3.2 kg versions with a 360 × 360 mm base.

A-head, B-head, and C-head structures are available. The narrow cone body occupies less space than a wide-body model while retaining a clear warning height. It can be placed along warehouse aisles, logistics sorting areas, loading platforms, factory floors, equipment-maintenance zones, and forklift operating boundaries.

The slim profile makes continuous placement easier in areas with shelving, pallets, cartons, machinery, and vehicle movement. It helps define a restricted zone without unnecessarily reducing the space available for workers, forklifts, or handling equipment.

A snowflake-pattern surface improves visual distinction against a busy warehouse background. The texture helps the cone remain noticeable where many objects, labels, and packaging materials are already present.

The base is made from non-slip rubber. Its 360 × 360 mm footprint helps reduce movement on smooth warehouse flooring when people walk past or when light airflow and minor contact occur. Buyers can select the 2.7 kg version for frequent repositioning or the 3.2 kg version when more stable placement is preferred.

Because warehouse warning layouts often change, production inspection focuses on features that affect repeated handling. These include body completeness, base flatness, connection strength between the body and base, finished weight, head configuration, and snowflake-texture consistency.

Automatic injection molding equipment supports stable batch production. The bottom-injection process helps reduce internal stress concentration near the top of the cone, lowering the risk of cracking during lifting, movement, or regular site rotation. Raw materials are controlled, inspections are performed during production, and all finished products are checked before packing. Third-party inspection is also accepted.

The Warehouse Safety Cone supports OEM and ODM orders, including production from technical drawings or prototypes. Buyers can confirm the preferred weight, head type, color, and model according to the warehouse layout. The standard MOQ is 500 pieces, and different approved colors or models can be mixed within one batch.

Samples may be supplied before mass production. Custom sample development normally takes 7–10 days. For 500 standard products, the usual production period is approximately 10–15 days, depending on quantity and scheduling. Photos or videos can be provided during manufacturing so buyers can check appearance and order progress.

The narrow cone bodies can be nested for packing. Available options include bags, woven bags, or palletized units with full shipping marks. This helps reduce the storage and shipping space required for warehouse inventory and bulk distribution.
