Crush-Resistant Traffic Cone

Model 60-1A/C is designed for sites where traffic cones may be tipped, pressed, or occasionally contacted by low-speed vehicles. It measures 600 mm, or 24 inches, in height and weighs 1.2 kg. The base size is 305 × 305 mm, with A-head and C-head configurations available.

The medium-height profile remains easy to see without taking up the space of a larger road cone. It is suitable for parking facilities, logistics parks, warehouse passages, internal facility roads, property-maintenance areas, and temporary construction zones. The manageable weight also allows workers to reposition several cones as the warning area changes.

The main feature of the Crush-Resistant Traffic Cone is its flexible PVC body. When the cone is pressed by a vehicle tire, pushed by equipment, or knocked over during daily operations, the material can recover its shape. This helps reduce the cracking, flattening, and permanent deformation that may occur with rigid plastic cones.

A non-slip, wear-resistant base supports the flexible body. The 305 × 305 mm footprint provides stable ground contact on concrete, parking-floor surfaces, and general road surfaces. It also helps reduce sliding when vehicles or workers pass nearby.

This structure is especially useful in low-speed traffic areas where occasional contact is possible. Instead of focusing only on standing weight, the design provides a practical balance between flexibility, portability, and repeated use.

Production can use a fully automatic PVC and PP road cone injection molding machine. Material is injected from the bottom of the cone instead of the top. This process helps reduce internal stress concentration near the upper section and lowers the risk of top cracking when the body bends, receives an impact, or returns to its original form.

Quality control covers raw material purchasing, production-process inspection, and a full finished-product inspection before packing. For this model, inspection focuses on molding completeness, PVC flexibility, shape recovery after pressure, base flatness, product weight, and the connection between the body and base. Third-party inspection is accepted.

The Crush-Resistant Traffic Cone supports OEM and ODM production. Manufacturing from technical drawings or prototypes is also available. The standard minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, and different approved colors or models may be combined within one MOQ order.

A sample can be provided before mass production. Custom sample development normally takes 7–10 days, with freight paid by the buyer. A standard order of 500 pieces usually requires about 10–15 days, depending on the final quantity. Production photos or videos can be supplied for progress confirmation.

For international shipment, cones can be nested and packed in bags, woven bags, or palletized units. Complete shipping marks are provided. Nesting helps reduce storage and container space while making project-site distribution more efficient.
