18 Inch Traffic Safety Cone

The 18 inch traffic safety cone is a compact traffic warning product made for quick placement and frequent repositioning. Model 45-1A/C measures 450 mm in height and is available in 1.0 kg and 1.25 kg versions. The base size is 280 × 280 mm, with A-head and C-head options.

Its smaller size is useful in areas where a large road cone would occupy too much working or storage space. Typical applications include parking-space management, warehouse work-zone separation, internal park or facility guidance, shopping-area maintenance, residential property warnings, and other temporary control tasks. Staff can select the weight according to how often the cones need to be moved and how much ground stability is required.

The cone body is made from UV-resistant PVC for repeated indoor and outdoor use. The material combines flexibility with impact resistance, helping reduce brittle cracking during routine handling, loading, unloading, or minor contact.

A rubber composite base provides basic grip and support while keeping the overall product easy to carry. The 280 × 280 mm footprint takes up less floor area than larger road-cone bases. This is useful in warehouse aisles, parking spaces, commercial passages, and other locations where people and vehicles still need enough room to move.

The 1.0 kg version places greater emphasis on convenient handling. The 1.25 kg option provides additional weight while retaining the compact 450 mm format. Multiple cones can be carried, arranged, collected, and stored more efficiently than larger heavy-duty models.

Reflective film is available as an optional configuration. In daylight or well-lit indoor areas, the basic cone can be used to mark parking positions, maintenance zones, or restricted spaces. In underground parking facilities, nighttime loading areas, or dim passages, reflective film can improve recognition when illuminated by vehicle headlights.

The film option can be discussed according to the expected service period, brightness requirement, and customization needs. For temporary warnings, buyers may focus on flexible application and purchasing cost. Where text, graphics, area numbers, or warning information are required, a printable reflective film option may be considered.

During application, the film is fitted to the curved cone surface. Attention is given to the film edges and overall bonding condition to reduce lifting or peeling during use.

The PVC body can be manufactured with automatic road cone injection molding equipment using a bottom-injection process. This method helps reduce stress concentration at the cone top. For this lightweight model, production inspection focuses on molding completeness, product weight, base connection, selected head type, and the application condition of any optional reflective film.

The 18 inch traffic safety cones supports OEM, ODM, and production based on technical drawings or samples. The standard minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, and different colors or models may be combined in one order. Samples can be supplied before mass production, while custom sample development normally takes about 7–10 days.

Before packing, finished products receive a full inspection. The compact cone bodies can be nested together and packed in bags, woven bags, or on pallets. Nesting helps reduce packing volume and improves the use of storage, container, and distribution space for bulk orders.
