Soft Traffic Cones

Saimeite soft traffic cones are made for vehicle entrances and roads with heavy runover. They give a cushioned warning. The model is 60-1A/C. Height is 600mm (24 inches). Weight is 1.2kg. Base size is 305×305mm. Standard color is orange. We use good UV-resistant PVC material. This material is very soft and flexible. When car tires run over it again and again, the cone compresses. After the tire leaves, the Saimeite soft traffic cone springs back to its shape. This makes it last a long time at busy entrances. Our bottom injection molding puts material in from the bottom. This stops the stress cracking problem of old top injection cones. So this cone does not crack at the top after many hits.

The height of 600mm is medium to small. It does not block the driver's view, but gives a clear warning at entrances. The weight is only 1.2kg. A worker can set it up or pick it up with one hand. The base uses wear-resistant rubber compound with anti-slip lines. On concrete or asphalt roads, Saimeite soft traffic cones do not slide. The reflective film is put on with a precise method. At night or on rainy days, the film still reflects well. This product supports A and C top types. Pick the one that fits your handle ring habit. Entrances and high-runover areas need a film that can bend with the cone. So we use a Crystal Grid film on this cone. The hexagon micro prism structure is light and soft. As the cone compresses and springs back, the film moves with it. The edges do not lift or peel off. It gives basic reflection for daily warning needs. The low cost is a big plus for high-runover places.
