24-Inch Traffic Cone

The 24-Inch Traffic Cone is a medium-size warning cone designed for areas that need clear visibility without the space requirements of a large road cone. Model 60-1A/C measures 600 mm in height and weighs 1.2 kg. It has a 305 × 305 mm base and is available with either an A-head or C-head configuration.

The 600 mm profile sits between compact indoor cones and taller traffic-control models. It is easy to carry, nest, and place in sequence while still creating a clear warning boundary. Suitable applications include parking entrances, internal facility roads, warehouse loading zones, residential passages, temporary maintenance points, and general roadwork areas. It can be used to mark an obstacle, divide a passage, or guide vehicles away from a restricted section.

The cone body is made from flexible, UV-resistant PVC. It can recover after pressure, minor impact, or accidental tipping, helping reduce the cracking and permanent deformation commonly associated with rigid plastic products. The UV-resistant material is intended for outdoor exposure and helps reduce fading and brittleness caused by extended sunlight.

A non-slip rubber composite base supports the lightweight body. The 305 × 305 mm footprint provides ground contact without making the product difficult to move or store. This combination is useful for sites where warning zones are adjusted regularly, cones are collected after each shift, or products must be moved between several locations.

The PVC body can be produced with a fully automatic road cone injection molding machine. Material is injected from the bottom of the cone rather than from the top. This process helps reduce stress concentration near the upper section and lowers the risk of top cracking during impact, repeated handling, or long-term circulation.

Inspection covers PVC material, molding condition, product weight, head configuration, base connection, and finished appearance. Production is checked throughout the process, followed by a full finished-product inspection before packing. Third-party inspection is also accepted when required by the buyer.

The 24-Inch Traffic Cone supports OEM, ODM, and development from technical drawings or prototypes. The standard minimum order quantity is 500 pieces. Different colors or models can be combined within one minimum-order batch.

Samples are available before mass production. Custom sample development normally takes 7–10 days, with freight paid by the buyer. A standard order of 500 pieces usually requires about 10–15 days, subject to the final quantity and production schedule. Photos or videos can be provided during production.

Packing options include nested cones in bags, woven bags, or palletized packing with complete shipping marks. Nesting reduces packing volume and helps improve warehouse, container, and on-site distribution efficiency.
