Work Zone Cones

Saimeite work zone cones are made for road repair, construction sites, and city work areas. The model is 70-1A/C. Height is 713mm (28 inches). Weight has three options based on top type: A top 1.65kg, A/C top 1.8kg, and another A top 2.3kg. Base size is 330×330mm. Standard color is orange. We use good UV-resistant PVC material. This material has great impact resistance. In a work zone, trucks or tools may hit the cone. The Saimeite work zone cone does not break or crack. Our KR25900-LZ automatic injection machine injects from the bottom. This fixes the top cracking problem of old methods. So this cone works well in long-term outdoor work.

The height of 713mm gives a good viewing distance in work zones. The base is wear-resistant rubber compound. At 330×330mm, it gives a stable grip. On bumpy construction ground, Saimeite work zone cones do not tip over. The reflective film is put on with a precise method. At night or in low light, the film gives a clear warning. This product supports A and C top types. A top is standard. C top fits a handle ring. It passes all-weather tests: 70°C heat and -40°C cold. The fully sealed design works in rainy seasons. Work zones have dust, mud, and oil. The film may get dirty and needs cleaning. So we use a commercial grade super strong film on this cone. The diamond grid micro prism has a smooth surface. It is easy to wipe clean with a cloth or wash with a pressure washer. Scratching does not damage the film easily. The reflection is bright, even in dust or light fog. It lasts much longer than normal commercial films.

Our automatic injection machine works with both PVC and PP materials. It has strong compatibility. Old top injection cones crack easily. Our bottom injection gives a higher pass rate. Monthly output is 30,000 pieces. For 500 pieces, production takes 10 to 15 days. We plan well and send you photos or videos during production. Repeat orders are faster.
